Since starting his real estate career in 2007, Cy Phillips has followed the philosophy that the client comes first. This motto requires Cy to grow continually and evolve as the market changes and his clients' needs fluctuate. Cy recognized that the way homes today are being purchased and sold is rapidly changing, largely because of advancements in technology and the integration of online platforms. It is this transition that inspired Cy to launch Space Simply.

Neil Timmins joined Space Simply in August 2016. Neil is a master of marketing, sales and business growth in the residential real estate industry.
Starting in as an agent at the age of 24 he quickly sold 37 homes his first year. By the age of 29 he was the No. 1 RE/MAX agent in the state of Iowa and with a GCI of more than $1,000,000. To date he has sold over 900 homes and has won just about every award one can win in the industry.
Neil Joseph has always had a calling for coaching agents having recruited and trained buyers agents for his team who today sell more than $25,000,000 in real estate. Knowing that his passion was in coaching this business was born.
